MyNurse Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the MyNurse app ("Service") provided by Heewon Noh ("Developer"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
MyNurse is an all-in-one app for nurses, providing:
- Work schedule management (Day/Evening/Night shift schedules)
- Medical terminology dictionary
- Medical unit converter
- Nurse community (posts, comments, likes)
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 14 years or older.
- Each person may create only one account.
3. Medical Information Disclaimer
Important: MyNurse is not a medical service. Information provided through the medical dictionary, unit converter, and community posts is for reference only and does not substitute professional medical advice.
- Medical terminology and unit conversion results are for reference only and should not be used as the basis for clinical decisions.
- Community content represents personal opinions, not professional medical advice.
- The Developer is not responsible for medical incidents arising from use of the Service.
4. User Generated Content Policy
- Users may not post spam, harassment, hate speech, explicit content, false medical information, or patient data.
- Users can report inappropriate content and block other users.
- Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent ban.
5. Account Management
- Users can delete their account at any time via app settings.
- Account deletion permanently removes all data.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted service operation.
- The Developer is not responsible for disputes between users.
- Accuracy of medical terminology and unit conversion is not guaranteed.
7. Changes to Terms
Updated terms will be announced via the app or this page and take effect 7 days after posting.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
